Gone through a few diags. 1) Passenger window lowers and raises as expected on door open/close and roof down/up. 2) It opens and closes smoothly when operated manually. 3) It shuts "properly" when manually closed. Press the button inside of it to see if that may be the problem. it is the only thing that wouldn't let your windows go all the way up. The switch inside may have gone bad.
