It has several allotropes including white phosphorus (WP), red phosphorus (RP), violet phosphorus, and black phosphorus (BP) [ 1 – 4 ]. Webphosphorene rapidly degrades in environments that hinder its real sector application. To solve this issue, various approaches have been explored to passivate the phosphorene surface.
