WebHRW base doesn’t cover well at all because the lack of titanium dioxide that the extra white base has. The titanium dioxide helps with coverage but give the base a gray cast. Whenever someone wants that white we always tell them up front it doesn’t cover well and that we strongly recommend extra white.
