WebAug 16, 2008 · No its definatly not a diaper rash. Its a raw red ring around the head almost. But not all the way around. I just thought if it was raw and red diaper rash cream might help since I know its at least safe to use on a babies bum. But polysporin might be a better idea. I have some from his circumsision. Ill see if it looks less red tomorrow. WebNot sure if it’s a diaper rash (or what kind) or something else because we’ve been putting cream on and it’s sort of been getting better? It was red when I first started putting on cream on Monday but now it’s more skin tone and still bumpy.
