As a person of colour, obviously I am very keen to ensure any practice that strives to do better in terms of representation in our industry should be welcomed. In order to be able to perform the copy, all 3 of the Diamond forms (Contributors, Diversity Actual and Diversity Perceived) of the programme you are copying into must be in the Inbox.
