Import your model fresh (Chitubox makes permanent changes to the model state and those can impact this) Select Hollowing and hollow the model out (I did 2mm). Then poke your holes. Make sure you have infill turned on (I did 2mm 20%). WebPoke a hole in the bottom near the build plate if you can do that on some invisible spot. Maybe orient it in such a way that it is on the bottom while resting on the stand. OR an orientation like this might solve that plus some of your other issues. It ensures that there is a air outlet at (almost) all times from the opening at the bottom.
