WebTekSavvy has been rock-solid reliable for over 5 years. The odd time I've had to call support (mostly during start-up) they have been friendly and effective at sorting things out. When the CRTC reduced the rates the incumbent carriers could charge to the smaller players, TekSavvy reduced my monthly rate THE SAME MONTH.
