Pendlay rows, cable rows, dumbbell rows, etc. My actual mid and upper back is strong as fuck. For the lower posterior chain I do weighted hyper extensions, stiff legged deadlifts, barbell hip thrusts, pull throughs, abductors and cable kickbacks.
